Very poor customer service, but, nails always look good.

I have been going to this nail salon for over 2 years now, ..... they do an excellent job when you can finally get in. Weather you make an appointment or are a walk in you will be quickly taken in and told to wait a few minutes. A few minutes turns into hours of waiting. I can't do it any more! I love the nails, they do a great job, but are too expensive and have very poor customer service. I don't like moving from person to person or chair to chair when I'm getting my nails done. Everything is disorganized :( I just got back from there and left furious because I called before I came to see if I could get right in, the owner said yes. So I came in, and waited for a hour and a half while other walk ins were taken before me ????? I tip well too :( :( :( I always give 15 to the nail tech and get a toe polish change (not a pedicure, because who knows how long I would be there then) and tip the girl 5 for removing my old polish and repainting my toes. When you are at a nail salon for 3 plus hours it's hard to leave happy. Even though they do a good job, my time is very important to me. One last tip,Tina is an older woman doing nails and every time she has done my nails (about 7 times) she cuts me with the drill! It's aw full! My fingers bleed and hurt for days, wish I could take a picture of this finger now. If anyone has a new nail spot to go to please leave a comment. I need one, I will not ever go to wild orchid again after today.

TOO EXPENSIVE

I was in the shopping center and thought I'd stop in to get a full set after I went to Starbucks and they quickly took me in. I waited for almost two hours and the girl finally started on me She had some cute designs on her nails but before she even finished my nails she had me move to a different chair. Then after I washed my hands, Someone else finished me off. It was like musical chairs in that tiny salon. All I had done was pink and white and some flowers and spent dam near $100. They're just too rich for my blood. Im good.

This is the best nail salon that I have ever been to. They are very professional and have the most advanced selections of nail art and styles. I will highly recommend this shop to everyone.
