Hi, I just wanted to say a big thank you! Your quick delivery is UNBELIEVABLE! I have ordered a number of arrangements from you for my clients and I am amazed at the speed of the delivery. You guys are kind of a big deal (lol) & I will definitely be spreading the word! Thanks again!

I would like to say a big thank you for the beautiful floral arrangement you sent my daughter & her partner after the birth of their baby girl. The flowers lasted 11 days & in that time looked so lovely both at the hospital and when they went home. Thank you again. Amy H.

I WENT ON TO THIS COMPANIES WEBSITE TO BUY FLOWERS FOR MY GIRL. I PICKED AN ARRANGEMENT FOR $59.99 BECAUSE IT STATED "Free same day delivery - No taxes or any extra charges $59.99 (price credit card charge)" I TRIED TO CHECKOUT TO FIND OUT THAT THERE IS AN $11.99 DELIVERY CHARGE AND $5.86 IN TAXES. I HAVE NO PROBLEM PAYING DELIVERY OR TAXES BUT YOU CAN NOT SAY YOU DON'T CHARGE FOR THEM AND TURN AROUND AND CHARGE THE FEES ANYWAY. I CALLED AND THE LADY WAS VERY RUDE AND TOLD ME IT WAS A MISTAKE AND THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE STATEMENT ON THEIR WEBSITE. SHE THEN TOLD ME THAT THE FLOWERS I WAS ORDERING WAS SOLD OUT. IT SAID AVAILABLE FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY ON THE WEBSITE. WHAT A JOKE, FLOWERS SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD TO BUY. GO SOMEHWHERE ELSE AND DEAL WITH A REAL FLORIST NOT A FLY BY NIGHT THAT FALSE ADVERTISES.

Hello, we are really sorry for this inconvenient. Yes, we charge for delivery and sales taxes. I do not know any florist in town to make free delivery and no taxes. Have a nice day !

HORRIBLE Customer Services

Saturday, September 12th. My sister and I were looking for a florist for her wedding. We never been to his place and the location was in a very bad area. We walk in and the lady was nice in the beginning and asked what we needed help with. So we told her that we needed to see what jobs they've done for weddings (it is only common sense to look at what they've done before my sister agrees on which florist to hire.) So she gave us a book and kept asking us more questions. She keep bringing up that we need a consultation first before anything else and all we wanted to do was look at their previous work. So my sister and I started looking at pictures and she kept bugging us, gave us an attitude. The lady then said "Can I give you some advise on what to ask while you're on your consultation?" then we said no we're just looking at your books. Then she gave us the biggest attitude stating "All I wanted to do was help you out with your consultation!". So the lady walked outside to smoke a cigarrate and as soon as she cleared the door we also left the store. She was very RUDE and doesn't know the meeting of CUSTOMER SERVICE. I guess she does know is how to loose a potential costomer! Please DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST....VERY POOR IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTREMELY RUDE!

I am really sorry to hear that, but you have to understand when you go to a florist for a special event, yes you have to make an appoitment first. Like you said we asked you very nice ''Do you need help while you are here? we also gave you the books to look of what you want...i do not understand ''why we were rude? '' and one more thing, our store is in a good area, is a nice plaza and only 2 miles from the strip.

Excellent Service, If you really need Professionals, contact this Florist they are incredible good. They do not let you down. My wedding flowers was impeccable, very very beautiful it make my day more special. I recommend them to everybody. Thank you again.
