I took my BMW there for an oil change. They definately use quality oils, becasue I can already feel a difference in my car. Not only that, Charlie jacked it up and checked it out for me, and instead of telling me all the different things that were wrong, he actually showed me. That is not something past mechanics have done. Raymond and the other mechanics were very knowledgable, personable, professional and fair in addition to being the best priced. I have definately found my Las Vegas mechanic.

Brought not long ago a 2000 bmw 323i with overheating problems, in other shop I was told that I need the head gasket replaced, it was blown, like any other places, was a rip-off, Raymond an his team diagnosticated the problem as "thermostat stuck open", I decided to go ahead with the job, not totally convinced to be honest, I thought I will have the same problem, and have to come back for the head gasket job or to complaint about it bla, bla, bla, etc,..... so far 3 weeks and no overheating, got the car check on the first place and guess????... they told me I had the head gasket fixed already somewhere else!!! unveliable!!! this guys don't know were to stop.... You decide, this is a true story....

My friend told me to bring my 2003 Lexus RX300 at raymonds, and he was right!!!, in less than 10 min I had in my hands a very good estimate for the 90k service, not even at the dealer you can have this level of proffessionalism!!!! I'm glad I dont have to keep looking for a good shop in the neighborhood, now my family and I we all take our cars to raymond even just for an oil change, they do japanese, domestic and europeans cars, You can imagine at my 65 years old, I cant fool around looking for someone to trust my car!!!!

PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE, NICE AND COURTEOUS, FIX MY 2001 AUDI A6, TIMING BELT, WATER PUMP, SEALS, ETC... CAME FROM ANOTHER SHOP AT RUSSEL & RAIMBOW (BEWARE GUYS), PAID ALREADY $1600.00 FOR NOTHING!!!! AND RAYMONDS DID THE JOB FOR ME IN 2 DAYS, NOT A WEEK, SHOWED ME THE OLD PARTS AND RESET MY CAR'S COMPUTER, ORIGINAL AUDI PARTS (I SAW THEM)... I REALLY TRUST THIS GUYS NOW... IF SOMEBODY IS MAD AT THEM, COULD BE THE COMPETITION, CANNOT BEAT RAYMONDS ON PRICE OR QUALITY....

After being ripped off all the time with my BMW and my wife's Mercedes Benz, I finally found a shop where the techs and the people told me what not to change... unbeliable but true... HONEST PEOPLE!!!! courteous and top notch, really recomend this place, technologically updated and very nice people...
