Accreditation Information
Northwest Health Careers is institutionally accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) for all six of its programs, Massage Therapy, Dental Assisting, Medical Assisting, Medical Insurance Specialist, Colon Hydrotherapy and Phlebotomy.

About Northwest Health Careers

Northwest Health Careers (NWHC) is located in the Las Vegas Technology Center in the growing Northwest corridor of the Las Vegas Valley. The school is conveniently accessed from Cheyenne Avenue off the 95 Highway at 7398 W. Smoke Ranch Road.
The facility of over 14,000 square feet of professional office space includes a designated lecture room, three massage labs for hands-on training, and two designated student clinic suites for client massage training. The massage students will also benefit from the on-site health group during the medical massage module.
The dental training facility is equipped with a dental lab with two dental chairs which feature industry standard dental and x-ray equipment.
The medical assistant training facility encompasses an innovative concept in career school training, featuring lecture, labs, and computer training as well as an on-site health group for internship training.
Other, common facilities in the building include a student library, a student resource room equipped with computers with Internet access, a nutrition center and student lounge on campus.
Our professional building and teaching facility are ADA compliant for handicapped accessibility including parking and restrooms.
Northwest Health Careers is a holistic training facility, offering curriculum-based studies for healthcare professional students along with educational workshops for the community. Northwest Health Careers offers a blend of educational possibilities, which can assist the individual's career development, personal growth, and expanded awareness. Our mission is to assist each person in achieving their personal best.
School Objectives
Our school has several goals for each student who passes through any of our modules. One of our goals is to provide our students with the most up-to-date learning experience. Another of our goals is to provide instruction on the industry standard equipment in the students' field of study to facilitate easier employment. Along with providing the best educational opportunities, we aim to help these students use our resources to prepare themselves for success on the job, and to pass the applicable licensure testing in each student's area of study. Finally, our goal is to successfully place students with positions in their chosen field of study.
