The doctors of Nevada Oral & Facial Surgery have been serving the Las Vegas Valley since 1999 providing the finest of care to all of our patients. Our state of the art surgery suites and professional staff allow us to treat every patient as if you are one of our own family members. Emergency appointments are available so that you can be treated the same day at one of our two locations.

Accreditations:

Dr. Johnson, Dr. Holtzen is all board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology and are among the most experienced providers in the Las Vegas Valley.

Locations:

We are conveniently located at 6950 Smoke Ranch Road Suite 200 in Las Vegas (on Smoke Ranch between Tenaya and U.S. 95) and in Henderson at 1525 Warm Springs Road Suite 125 (on Warm Springs near Stephanie, across from Green Valley High School).

We accept most dental and medical insurance plans, we always welcome new patients and can schedule emergencies the same day.
