Our Full Curriculum Includes
Language and Reading Readiness:
* Foundation of basic language and reading skills (letter recognition, beginning phonics, sentence structure, etc.)
Literature:
* Daily reading from and exposure to age appropriate classic and award winning books
Mathematics:
* Foundation of basic math skills (one-to-one correspondence, number recognition, addition and subtraction, etc.)
Science:
* Introduction and experience with scientific principles
Social Studies:
* Beginning social skills and appreciation of cultural differences
Art:
* Introduction to art materials and the process of creative expression
Music:
* Exposure to a variety of age appropriate music including children's classics, jazz and classical. Introduction to music principles and instruments
Computers:
* One half hour of computer time per child each day utilizing developmentally appropriate computer programs including Jump Start® and Reader Rabbit®. (Not offered for children under 3 years old)

We teach subject content to give students facts and concepts, but as we teach content we teach logic and thinking skills. Students learn how to evaluate, question and search for connections. They learn to find connections by doing things in logical sequence - that is how they learn to recognize logical progression.
Kinder Prep Academy students learn about freedom - the freedom of choice and movement, and that each person has fundamental rights. We respect the rights of others and provide a safe nurturing environment that encourages academic risk taking and teaches students how to handle making mistakes or being wrong. Students learn to respect people and the property of others.

I have not had any problems with the experience at Kinder Prep Academy. The staff is absolutely wonderful.The owner is always there and working to imrove the school any way she can. She is very sweet and helpful with the kids. The curriculum is awesome and really benefits the children there. There is also recess, computer time and afterschool free play to give the children breaks during the school day. The teachers and staff work very hard to give each and every child a great learning experience. I have been to the school every day for a year and have NEVER seen a child unattended. I would recommend this school to anyone who wants there child to get an awesome quality education!

My children and niece have all attended KPA from the first year they were old enough to attend and we loved it! The staff and owners were always friendly.My niece was a child with special needs and the owner went above and beyond to help her parents find the resources to get her evaluated for services. I have seen them take up a collection AND give their own money to help out a child family that had lost a parent. Mr Srodes(one of the owners) always has a smile on his face and speaks to us as if we are a part of his family. Mrs.Srodes is busy but makes the time to talk to me if I have any questions or concerns. The teachers are great! They do fun things with the kids and the curriculum is outstanding.My 4 year old is reading as well as my first grader! In the 5 years that we have been there the biggest mess I have seen is the kids playing in painting foam. The school is clean and smells fresh every time I walk in. I have sent many people to KPA and they love it as much as we do.

Kinder Prep is the worst school I have ever put my kids in. The director is rude and VERY disrespectful! She yells at her staff in front of the kids and uses foul words in front of them too. If you keep your kids in this school make sure to keep record of what you pay the school. The math doesn't always add up! If your child has a bad day make sure you are ready for a call at work from the director yelling at you like you are a child!They do not keep you updated as to if your child is having a hard time with the lesson until its to late. Also, the guarantee that your child will be able to get into whatever private school is NOT accurate! Kids are also left in the hallways with NO ONE watching them on the dirty floors during nap time!
