terrible customer service. Left a message once to make an appointment and they never return my phone call. When i got a hold of them they told me to just bring in the dogs. Went 3 times when they told me to drop my dogs off and all three times they kept telling me they were too busy. So i finally made an appointment to make sure there would be no problem and when i went on my appointment they still told me to come back later because they didnt calculated right and they had too many dogs! so what was the purpose of the whole appointment deal!? I know their prices are low, but at the end my time is worth more than running back and forth to the grooming place 3 separate times! I would never go back there again

For anyone who wants to learn to groom the safe, correct way, this school is a MUST. Unfortunately, anyone today can pick up a pair of scissors and call themselves a groomer. So being taught correctly is extremely important. Cindie makes sure everyone learns to groom all breeds and is taught all safety measures necessary. I've been working as a groomer since I graduated and my clients and my employers tell me what a great job I am doing. I owe that to Cindie and Distinctive Dogs Academy!
