Last week I called clutches plus to get a price quote to replace my fuel pump in my 03 Honda Civic. The lady who answered the phone gave me a price quote and she offered to tow my car to her shop from the dealership. They had quoted me twice as much as she did. The next day Heather called me and we had a good little laugh. I did not need a fuel pump after all. I ran my car out of gas! The dealership is the one who told me that I needed to spend almost 1,000.00 replacing the fuel pump because my car would not start. Heather charged me for the tow since this ended up not being a major repair but she did not charge me for anything else. They even went over to the gas station and got gas for me! This shop is honest and I would trust them with my car anytime! Stephanie-Las Vegas

In January of 2009 I found myself broke down on the side of the road at the 215 and Russel. I called a friend that recommended Clutches Plus. I called and spoke with a woman named Heather. She was very friendly and listened to what I had to say. She asked me a lot of questions about my vehicles problem. After the phone conversation she sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle. The tow truck man drove me to work and took my vehicle to Clutches Plus. Heather called me, as promised before noon to tell me what was wrong with my truck. It ended up that the transmission went bad. She quoted me a price and promised to have the work done by the next evening. The next day Heather called me at 5:00 and said that they were going to have to stay late to finish the repairs but my truck would be done by 7pm. I told Heather that I did not have a ride at that time. She said that would not be a problem. She actually sent one of the shops employees to my home and picked me up! He brought me to the shop and this is where it gets good. Heather quoted me $1550.00 and I figured that tax would be extra along with all of the other charges that auto shops put on the bill. When Heather went over the invoice with me she explained everything that they did and the bill was $1410.00. What a wonderful surprise! I am very satisfied with the service that I received from Heather and will be recommending this company to my friends! Summer- Las Vegas
